In today's fast-paced world, where screens dominate attention and convenience often trumps nutrition, instilling basic healthy habits in children has never been more crucial. From the food they eat to the activities they engage in, these habits lay the foundation for a lifetime of well-being and vitality. In the 14 years I have been working with children, there has been a noticeable change in children’s health and behaviors. Children are less able to handle hard or strong emotions and this leads to outburst of anger and more frequent tantrums. Factors such as sedentary lifestyles, poor dietary choices, exposure to environmental toxins, and excessive screen time contribute to the rise in chronic diseases among children.
