Foundational activities:

Daily:

  1. Meditation or breath work: I love the app headspace and Wimhof on YouTube.

  2. Movement: walking, pilates (check out Melissa Wood Health app), weight lifting, yoga, or anything you can do now. If all you can do is walk, that's OK!

  3. Hydration: good, clean quality water is SO important. I love RO water, I have this filter. Mountain Valley Spring water is my favorite as well- check their site, you can get 5 gallon glass jugs delivered and it's VERY affordable. When traveling or getting bottled water I choose liquid death- yes its so good or WAIAKEA water.

  4. Diet: eating a clean, whole foods focused diet is crucial. Aim for 25-30 grams of protein per meal which will help with blood sugar balance and feeling full. Cut out processed foods and seed oils. If you are more prone to mucus, cutting out dairy will help-even organic.

Pick 1-2 of these to do a day to start:

Foundational Protocols

Choose (1) product from each category, do these for 30-60 days before moving on to a parasite cleanse. I follow dosing on the bottle, and start slow to build up to the dose on the bottle if it calls for more than 1 capsule. I try not to take more than 6-10 supplements at once as a general rule, taking 25 different supplements at once is NOT okay.

1. Bowels: you want to aim for 2-3 proper bowel movements a day, if you're not- you need one of these.

Suffering from chronic diarrhea? Skip these & opt for Para 1 OR Mimosa Supreme. ONLY if you are experiencing chronic diarrhea.

2. Liver/Gallbladder: This is crucial to support now in our toxic world. I opt for liver/gallbladder support no matter what protocol I'm doing.

3. Minerals and Hydration: Important as minerals are building materials for our bones, muscle and nerve function, and regulating the body's water balance.

  • Quinton Isotonic Minerals (Fullscript)

  • Alaria Supreme

  • CT Minerals (CellCore)

4. Biofilm Buster: Disrupt biofilms

5. Binder: This will bind up toxins and lessen burden on organs.

6. Optional/helpful supports to add in:

  1. PC BodyBio for cell membrane support, mitochondria support, gut health, mold detoxification

  2. Houttuynia Supreme for histamine relief/MCAS

  3. Hormone Hero by Soul x Dr. Jess for estrogen dominance (helpful if you're dealing with mold, endometriosis, or PCOS)

  4. Beef Organs Perfect Supplements for multi-vitamin, skip if you have histamine issues

Emotions and nervous system

This is the part that can be difficult and depending on your background and life experiences, even painful. How to release emotions/work on nervous system is the number one question I get asked. The sooner you do this part and make it part of your routine, the sooner your health will improve, I promise you that. How do you know if you need to do this? You're human, breathing right now! haha- we ALL need to do this.

Why do we need to release emotions?

Emotions are complex psychological and physiological responses, primarily involving the brain and the release of neurotransmitters. While it is well-established that the brain plays a central role in emotional processing, some theories propose that emotional experiences might leave imprints on various physiological systems, including the body's cells. Here are a few perspectives on how emotions might be linked to cellular processes:

  1. Neurotransmitters and hormones: Emotions are often associated with the release of neurotransmitters (e.g., serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine) and hormones (e.g., cortisol and adrenaline) in the brain and body. These chemicals can affect cellular functions and communication between cells, influencing mood and emotional states.

  2. Epigenetics: Epigenetics refers to changes in gene expression that do not involve alterations to the underlying DNA sequence. Some research suggests that experiences, including emotional ones, can influence epigenetic changes. These changes may impact how genes are turned on or off and could potentially be passed down through generations.

  3. Cellular memory: Some theories propose that cells have a form of memory that might store information about emotional experiences. This concept suggests that cellular changes may occur in response to emotions, and these changes could influence future cellular responses.

  4. Somatic experiencing: Somatic experiencing is an approach to trauma therapy that emphasizes the connection between the mind and body. Proponents of this approach suggest that traumatic experiences can be stored in the body, leading to physical symptoms and emotional distress.

How do I release emotions? There are more ways but these are my TOP choices that I KNOW are effective.

  1. On your own- are you not ready to talk to someone else or don't have the resources? Journaling or telling the things that happened to you/feelings into an audio message or telling it out loud.

  2. Emotional Release Therapy- I myself have done hundreds of these sessions, this was the number 1 thing that helped me with my C-PTSD. It's affordable, can be done virtually and you don't have to sit and talk about what happened to you if you aren't in the place where you can yet or have memory issues. I HIGHLY recommend doing one of these sessions. Possibly the number 1 thing thats helped me. I would do 1 session a month to start

  3. Emotion Code/Body code-The Emotion Code is a gentle form of energy release that focuses on letting go of trapped emotions that upset the vibrational energy in the body to ease physical discomfort, remove barriers to love and relationships, remove blocks to success, and help soothe trauma.

  4. DesBio mental/emotional support see catalog here.
